okay, i was 16 days late with that birthday post. i'm not sure about the future of this blog... busy living life and not recording it for prosperity. and i have this love/hate thing with the interwebs.. so be it!

if i ever complained about being busy b4, i dunno what i was whining about. anyhoo.. sean is doing amazing things. standing,walking along the couch, and being very curious about the world. he likes to put stuff in his mouth...aghhhh. i hope i can keep up.
i've been in & out of a funk. i try to think positive and tell myself not to take life so seriously, but then i relapse and don't believe that. you get so emotionally vested in things that it makes you crazy. i'm glad rob is here. he's the rock.
uh..what else. i liked slumdog millionaire. i'm working on a photobook/got a free one from shutterfly. but they only give you 5 days to work on it. not enough time to get the creative juices out. we're having a first bday party. come if you can. my mom's cooking. she wants to. she's a good cook. that's incentive, right?

baby rampage! last week, i was by the toaster, and sean was over by the dining table. all of the sudden he squealed. sort of a "RAHGAHGAHGAH!" and he stormed over to me. when he got to my leg, he stopped. so cool and cute!

happy mothers day

I have so much more respect for moms everywhere. Sean updates.. um... he's got 3, almost 4 teeth. he crawls, sorta. he rolls everywhere. he'd roll to california if we let him. :b he grabs at things and likes to put stuff in his mouth. sometimes he's quiet, sometimes he babbles.
He 'wrote' me a sweet sweet note for mothers day. :) i love my family!!

update already

i know sean's growing and learning and the days are such a blur. 6 months? seriously?? it's hard to put in words all the...stuff ;)
-he's rolling. too cute.
-he lies on his back and uses his legs to scoot backwards, like an inchworm. once he figures out he can use his arms... time tostart babyproofing!
-we started the rice cereal and oatmeal. lots of it runs down his chin.
-a tooth!
- i never know if he'll be calm or psycho in public. he can be amazingly chill; he can be fussy and grumptastic. the bad thing is -if he's grumpy, i get progressively grumpy. i need advice on that. it's not the end of the world, i know, but why am i about to cry?
-record breaking diapers. i can go on and on about poo. ask for an explanation and you will receive! don't get me started. heh.
-actually playing with toys and showing curiosity. very cool.

tabula rasa, i'm convinced

~sean's taught me how miraculous everything is. he'll roll around or smile and i'm amazed. i needed to learn/relearn this lesson.
~i've become a germophobe. grubby hands ick ick ick!
~i dunno how much more i can take of this postpartum hair loss.

i like when sean is sleeping and he smiles and laughs. what do babies dream about? if i could only know :)

may your Christmas be filled with rage

-sean got lotsa loot yesterday. it's cool to be a kid. but he doesn't care yet. in fact, he cried. lots. all the grandparents were there, wanting to love on him and hold him, and he Wailed. i'm in the kitchen, cooking/plating/cleaning, and all i hear is unconsolable anger from the little one. he calmed down (sorta) when rob or I held him. so perhaps he recognizes his parents. aww. though does it mean we're raising a mama's boy/daddy's boy?
-oh! omgomgomgomg!!!! last night he went 8 hours between feedings!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am in Shock!! maybe it was all the holiday commotion that tired him out?
-in korea, it's a big deal to turn 100 days old. by golly, we made it! jumping jehosophat yee haw!!!
